Here's my comment:
As a frequent visitor to your beautiful city (and a Washington CPL
holder) I am dismayed at the City's attempt to disregard the
preemption law. If this policy goes into effect I will be sure to
contact my favorite hotels, restaurants, and retailers in Seattle to
tell them why I will be driving an extra hour to visit Portland
instead.
